Our resort condo is located just minutes from Branson, Missouri, the "Live Music Show Capital of the World".  Branson has many exciting concert venues as well as fine family attractions like Silver Dollar City, Kids Kountry at the Tracks, and the amazing Butterfly Palace.

Our condo is located at the Ozark Mountain Resort on Table Rock Lake.  Ozark Mountain is a popular member of the internationally-recognized Silverleaf family of family resort ownership properties.
Although we are sure that you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ozarks, Silverleaf also participates in worldwide resort exchanges, so if you ever decide that you want to travel somewhere else or at a different time of year, you will have that opportunity with this condo.

 Our Presidential condo has two bedrooms, one of which can "lock-out" to form a mini-condo of its own.  The master bedroom has a lovely bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
Like every Silverleaf condo we've stayed in, this Presidential unit has a full kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and utensils- just bring food to save a ton of money! 

Presidential units also have a laundry nook to save time, money, and space in the car! 		Laundry nook and spacious Kitchen with cooking utensils.

This condo is "deeded" meaning that you can sell it, rent it, even leave it to your children in your will.
Our resort condo comes with deeded visiting privileges every year in mid-June, forever.  Your kids are probably out of school for the summer, but the big city schools like New York, Boston, and such are still in class.  That means less crowding and more time for fun and relaxation!

About Us
We are Keith & Kara McCormic.  We married in October of 2000 and bought our first resort condo to help us celebrate our anniversary each year in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.

We were planning to travel the world...
 Even though we live in Massachusetts, we bought a timeshare resort condo in Branson, Missouri hoping to use the added trading power to travel the world.

Sadly, the economy isn't letting us travel much and we haven't been able to use it.
Because of the economy and stuff, we want to focus on things closer to home, like fixing up our bathroom and kitchen.  That means that we can't keep paying the mortgage for our beautiful resort condo at the same time. Our house needs work, especially the kitchen!

I spoke to the sales people and they told me that if I wanted to buy the same unit at today's prices, we'd have to pay over $75,000 for it.

We just need to get out from under the morgage for our condo, so we're only looking for $45,000 or best offer.
